The Executive Center for Mine Action reported the killing and injuring of 112 women during the period 2015-2021 as a result of the internationally dropped, cluster bombs, by US-Saudi war planes on Yemen. In a report, the Center confirmed that 36 women were killed and 76 were injured, with an indefinite toll from those forbidden bombs.

This report comes at a time when the countries of the world celebrate International Women’s Day, while women in Yemen are exposed on a daily basis to all kinds of violations by the coalition through the bombing of internationally prohibited bombs in various governorates in the shadow of suspicious silence from the international community.

The Center called on the international community, the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to stop the violations and crimes committed by the coalition against Yemeni women.
The Center recorded the death and injury of 14 civilians as a result of the explosion of cluster bombs from the remnants of the US-Saudi aggression and the war on Yemen, during the period from 17 to 26 February.

In a report, the Center stated that these bombs and violations caused the death of three civilians in the Marib governorate, and the injury of 10 in the Hodeidah governorate, as well as the injury of a civilian in the Al-Jawf governorate.

The Executive Center records on a daily basis the casualties, due to the large contamination of cluster bombs, and the failure to provide the requirements for marking areas contaminated with cluster bombs, and the remnants of war.

The US-Saudi aggression continues to target neighborhoods and populated areas and destroy the infrastructure of the country, in light of a suspicious international silence.
