PM stresses importance of consolidating trade relations with Sultanate of Oman

Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor on Sunday stressed the importance of consolidating trade relations and developing interests with the Sultanate of Oman in all fields.

This came during his meeting with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Capital Sana’a, Hassan al-Kabous, and members of the Chamber’s board of directors, Muhammad Al-Ansi, Muhammad Sharip and Tawfiq Al-Khamri.

During the meeting, they reviewed the Chamber’s activity at the external level and its efforts to consolidate cooperation relations with the Chamber of Commerce in the Sultanate of Oman, and its reflection on facilitating the flow and flow of imported goods into the territory of the Republic of Yemen, as well as the implementation of joint and unilateral investment activities.

In the meeting, the latest developments related to the joint preparation process between the government and the private sector for the investment conference, which was postponed to next November.

Emphasis was also placed on the national importance of the conference, the nature of the issues and scientific papers that it will discuss.
