The Ministry of Interior has confirmed the arrest of the suspect in the murder and looting of the victim, Ayman al-Mujahid, on the Sana’a-Dhamar road.
Ministry of Interior official spokesman Brig. Gen. Abdulkhaleq al-Ajri stated that the Russian police and the investigations of Sana’a province, upon receiving the communication, began investigation procedures about the crime, after which they could arrest the perpetrator.
Al-Ajri pointed out that the perpetrator confessed of committing the crime of murdering and looting.
He stressed that the security services will spare no effort in playing their role in maintaining security and stability, pointing to the importance of citizens’ cooperation in reporting incidents.
