President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Tuesday stressed the importance of the developing services and simplifying procedures to address administrative red tape.
During his meeting today with Director of the Presidential Office – the administrative sector official in the Supreme Committee for National Vision, Ahmed Hamed, and the Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, Saleem Al-Mughlis, President Al-Mashat indicated that the routine procedures in institutions are complex, which creates difficulty for citizens in obtaining services.
President Al-Mashat directed all public service units to interact and complete the preparation of their service guides in accordance with the guide of developing services and simplifying procedures approved by the Council of Ministers.
For his part, the Director of the Presidential Office indicated that there is continuous follow-up of the development teams in the official bodies.
The Minister of Civil Service and Insurance, in turn, gave a presentation on the actions taken by the Ministry to develop services and simplify procedures and the guide for that.
