United States acknowledged that navigation in the Red Sea continues normally.
US Forces Central Command confirmed that about two thousand cargo ships had crossed the Yemeni Strait in Bab al-Mandab since the start of the US-British aggression against Yemen on January 11th.
Although the American forces tried to promote the crossing of ships in their favor by suggesting that it was the result of their operations, the absence of American and British ships, in addition to those heading to Israel, undermines the American claims that the crossing of these ships was a result of their protection. Rather, it confirms what officials in Sanaa say that navigation is safe for all ships except Israeli, American and British.
During the past month of the American-British aggression against Yemen, many ships of the two countries were subjected to Yemeni attacks in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, causing severe damage.
