Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, sent a message of condolence to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the friendly Russian people, and the families of the victims of the terrorist attack near the capital, Moscow.
Al-Mashat condemned in the strongest terms the heinous and cowardly terrorist attack” at Crocus City Hall near the Russian capital, Moscow, which caused numerous casualties and injuries.
He wished recovery for all those injured.
