The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates emphasized that the International Criminal Court (ICC) cannot ignore the genocidal crimes being committed in Palestine and issued two arrest warrants against Zionist war criminals, Netanyahu and Gallant, for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinian people.

In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the official spokesperson of the Ministry, Ambassador Waheed Al-Shami, pointed out that the ICC has failed to take meaningful action on the Palestinian issue since its establishment in 2002. He criticized the Court’s work as being politicized, with its decisions selectively applied against some countries but not others.

Al-Shami also noted that the Zionist entity has consistently violated international law and international humanitarian law, acting as if it is above the law. This has undermined both international law and institutions, leading to a loss of faith in them.

He stressed that taking such a step would help end the policy of impunity for Zionist war criminals and force the Zionist entity to cease its aggression on Gaza.

Al-Shami emphasized that all Zionist leaders must be held accountable and brought to international justice for their genocidal actions against Palestinians.

He called on all countries, especially those that are members of the ICC, to respect the Court’s decisions, cooperate in their enforcement, and take additional measures against the usurping Zionist entity in line with these decisions.
