Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi on Saturday met with the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, and Deputy Head of the Higher Integration Committee, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, who briefed him on the arrangements and measures taken to begin the integration process in the ministries and units included in the merger.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Hawali explained that all procedural steps have been completed, and technical preparations, including the training of sectoral committees and working teams tasked with implementing the integration, have been finalized, in accordance with the relevant presidential decisions and the approved regulations.
He pointed out that the committee has completed the draft regulatory framework for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, and that the integration process continues at the level of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Additionally, a mechanism for handling documents and archiving in the ministries and public units involved in the integration has been developed to ensure proper preservation.
Dr. Al-Hawali also mentioned that the work of the committees and working teams to implement the integration process will commence next Monday.
The Prime Minister praised the achievements of the Higher Integration Committee and the efforts made by the Deputy Head and members of the committee in this regard.
He emphasized the need to implement the integration steps and complete them according to the approved timeline to ensure institutional stability in all the administrative units involved in the integration.
