Youth Minister & Al-Bayda Governor Inspect Rada’a’s Sewage Project

Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed Al-Mawlad and Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris inspected on Tuesday the progress of work on the sewage network project in Haret Al-Kamb in Rada’a city, worth 545 thousand dollars, funded by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).

Minister Al-Mawlad and Governor Idris, along with Deputy Governor Saleh Al-Joufi and Director of Rada’a District Ahmed Al-Akam, listened to an explanation of the components of the project, including connections and manholes with a length of 7,600 meters, as well as the preparation of cisterns as part of the development of urban cities.

Minister Al-Mawlad and Governor Idris emphasized the importance of implementing the project in order to contribute to the development of infrastructure and provide sanitation services to residential communities in Rada’a city, praising UNICEF’s efforts in implementing interventions and projects that serve the community.
