Marib Executive Office Reviews Service & Development Performance

The executive office of Marib Governorate discussed in its meeting today, chaired by Governor Ali Tuaiman, the level of service and development performance, as well as the plan for the Ramadan program.

The meeting reviewed reports submitted by the Zakat Authority, the Social Affairs Office, and the Labor Office, highlighting the implementation of charitable projects, the collection of Zakat revenues, and the challenges encountered. Discussions also focused on the completion of establishing cooperative societies across the districts and addressing issues faced by struggling societies.

Governor Tuaiman emphasized the need to enhance service delivery, expand charitable initiatives during Ramadan, and implement the Ramadan program, which includes organizing Ramadan councils in villages and districts. He underscored the importance of utilizing Ramadan as a spiritual opportunity for self-purification and community mobilization.

Additionally, the Governor called for collective efforts to carry out cleanliness campaigns, describing them as both a religious and moral duty. He also urged continued mobilization efforts, including organizing marches and events in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

The meeting approved measures aimed at improving service performance and increasing Zakat revenues. It also emphasized fostering collaboration between official and community organizations, finalizing the establishment of struggling associations, addressing their challenges, and executing the Ramadan program plan.
