The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine considered the Swiss decision to suspend funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) as a blatant bias towards the occupation’s plans aimed at ending the work of the international agency.
The Popular Front said in a press statement on Wednesday, that with this decision, Switzerland joins the ranks of those conspiring against Palestinian refugees and is involved in their siege and starvation.
It warned that the occupation is planning to end the work of UNRWA and liquidate the issue of the right of return and refugees. It stressed: “Switzerland’s decision comes in the context of identifying with the American and Zionist plans to dry up the agency’s resources, in light of the ongoing war of extermination and massacres against our people.”
