The Yemeni army and popular committees on Saturday repelled an infiltration of Saudi-backed mercenaries in Jawf province, a military official told Saba News Agency.
The mercenaries’ creep was repelled in Ajasher desert, killing, wounding and capturing dozens of the them.
The army also destroyed three military vehicles belonging to the mercenaries during their failed attempt to make progress on the ground.
