The Yemeni army and popular committees on Saturday carried out an offensive against sites of the Saudi-led coalition mercenaries in Qaifa district of Bayda province, a military official told Saba News Agency.
The attack, in which light and medium weapons were used, resulted in several dead and wounded in ranks of the mercenaries, the official said.
