The armed forces spokesman, Brigadier General “Yahya Sariee” confirmed that the forces of aggression continued their escalation on the border fronts and launched five intensive attempts to advance.
Sariee pointed out that the forces of aggression carried out today more than five intensive attempts to advance on Assir and in Najran.
He stressed that the attempts of aggression are still continuing from the early hours of dawn until the moment.
Sariee said that the encroachments of the forces of aggression were carried out under intense air cover by war planes and Apache, with more than a dozen air strikes.
He also confirmed that the army and the popular committees responded to all the enemy’s attempts to advance and inflected heavy losses in lives and equipment, and dozens of deaths and injuries.
