President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to the Emperor of Japan, Naruhito.
In the cable, President Al-Mashat expressed his congratulations to the Emperor on the occasion of the friendly Japanese people’s celebrations of the National Day.
