Saudi Arabia has officially begun dismantling the forces of the UAE-backed Transitional Council in the city of Aden in southern Yemen, under the state of implementing the Riyadh Agreement.
Sources said that the Saudi forces began the first phase of removing the transitional forces from Aden, as they transferred the 1st Brigade Support and Backing from its camp in the Al-Buraiqa district to Jabal Al-Barq in Bates in Jaar, Abyan Governorate.
She added that the Presidential Storm Brigade was transferred from Ma’ashiq Palace to Al-Solban.
Noting that the second phase will include the removal of the 3rd Brigade, led by Nabil Al-Mashushi, from Aden, and the 1st Infantry Brigade from Jabal Hadid.
