The President of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, said on Thursday that the Sanaa delegation headed to Riyadh in response to the Omani mediation to complete consultations with the Saudi side, which took place in Sanaa and Muscat in last Ramadan.
This came during his meeting with the Omani delegation visiting Sana’a, accompanied by the national delegation.
President Al-Mashat expressed his thanks and appreciation for the continued efforts of the Sultanate of Oman to bring peace to Yemen, stressing that “the peace was and remains the first choice, for which everyone must work.”
