Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on Thursday declared that the United States has completely failed in its aggression against Yemen, unable to influence the country’s military operations at sea or protect Israeli ships.
In his speech, delivered on the occasion of Rajab Friday and in light of ongoing aggression on Gaza, the leader emphasized that the U.S. failed to prevent Yemeni operations, including those targeting deep inside occupied Palestine.
Al-Houthi explained that the American aggression on Yemen had two stages: the first, still ongoing, involves an alliance with regional regimes and other forces, while the second stage focuses on supporting the Israeli enemy.
He also criticized the political, economic, and media pressures the U.S. has exerted on Yemen, alongside its military support for Israeli enemy. Despite these efforts, al-Houthi affirmed that Yemen has achieved a great victory in resisting American influence and the broader aggression.
The Leader of the Revolution urged the Yemeni people to participate in a massive million-man march tomorrow, Friday of Rajab, marking a year of U.S. aggression in support of Israel enemy.
He stressed that the large turnout would send a powerful message of resilience, signaling Yemen’s unwavering commitment to its faith-driven stance against external threats.
Al-Houthi reiterated that the Yemeni people will not retreat from their positions or abandon the banner of their cause. The march, he emphasized, would be an expression of determination to face challenges, make sacrifices, and continue the path of resistance for the sake of God.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi called for a massive and pivotal million-man march tomorrow, Friday of Rajab, stressing that this march is crucial to demonstrate Yemen’s loyalty to the Messenger of God and its unwavering faith-based stance. He emphasized that the Yemeni people will continue carrying the banner of their ancestors, steadfastly supporting Islam, and challenging the U.S. and Israel and all their collaborators.
In his speech, al-Houthi underscored the importance of popular mobilization in the face of escalating battles with the Israeli enemy. The march, he stated, would be a powerful expression of Yemen’s resistance and resilience, with the enemies of Yemen measuring the country’s position, steadfastness, and ability to endure despite political, military, media, and economic pressures. He praised the recent widespread popular participation in demonstrations, especially last week’s actions in 731 squares across Sana’a and the provinces, which he described as a testament to Yemen’s honor and unity in the jihad for the sake of God.
Al-Houthi reflected on the deep pride and divine victory that come with Yemen’s faith-driven position, contrasting it with the humiliation and degradation suffered by its enemies. He highlighted the role of Yemeni tribes, who have once again demonstrated courage and steadfastness in the face of invaders, continuing to make significant contributions to Yemen’s resistance.
On the occasion of Rajab Friday, al-Houthi expressed his congratulations to the Yemeni people, marking it as a sacred day of historical significance and an important milestone in Yemen’s proud history. He recalled the praise of the Messenger of God for the people of Yemen and emphasized the importance of this day, which also marks the start of the U.S. aggression against Yemen exactly one year ago. He pointed out that the timing of this aggression reflects the U.S.’s hostility toward Yemen’s faith-based stance.
Describing the hadith “Faith is Yemeni” as profound and significant, the Leader stressed that Yemen’s position is not motivated by tactical or political interests but is deeply rooted in faith. He reiterated that Yemen’s resistance is not only against Israeli enemy but also against the broader forces of oppression and aggression. Despite all pressures, al-Houthi affirmed that Yemen’s position would remain steadfast and unchanged, driven by an unshakable commitment to its faith, and would never retreat in the face of external forces.
Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi continued his address, emphasizing Yemen’s deep trust in God and its unwavering commitment to defending its faith and principles. He highlighted that Yemen’s bold stance is a direct response to God’s commands and a demonstration of the nation’s readiness to make sacrifices for the sake of Allah. This resilience, he stressed, is not only rooted in religious conviction but also in the awareness of the immense importance of Yemen’s position in the broader regional and global context, making it a nation that the enemies must reckon with.
Al-Houthi denounced the current state of inaction and submission across the broader Islamic world, describing it as both dangerous and shameful. He pointed out that this apathy not only fails to garner respect but also emboldens the aggressors, encouraging them to be more audacious in their attacks and aggression. He stressed that the absence of a strong response undermines the honor and security of the Islamic nations, while highlighting Yemen’s active support for Gaza as an example of the correct, faith-aligned path. Yemen’s stance, he said, is both a response to God’s will and an active contribution to the resistance against oppression.
importance of adhering to the divine command to defend Palestine, stressing that the nation’s strength comes from unwavering faith in God. He rejected the notion of relying on political calculations and acknowledged that Yemen’s steadfastness was not due to arrogance but because of their pride in faith and trust in God’s support. Al-Houthi further stated that Yemen’s resolve is reinforced by a sense of divine care and the commitment to pass the tests posed by the ongoing conflict.
Turning to international affairs, al-Houthi pointed out the growing ambitions of the U.S. and Israel enemies, fueled by their colonial and Zionist projects. He criticized former U.S. President Trump’s reckless ambitions, such as his desire to control the Panama Canal and annex Canada, as an example of the American policy’s aggressive trajectory toward global dominance. Al-Houthi noted that these ambitions, coupled with Israeli aspirations, form the broader context of the current geopolitical struggles.
both officially and popularly. Al-Houthi explained that this view stands in stark contrast to the condescending attitudes the enemy holds toward other nations, underlining Yemen’s resilience in the face of threats.
Al-Houthi continued by addressing Israel’s failure to deter Yemen through aggression. He noted that Israeli attacks on Yemen would not weaken the country’s resolve or halt its support for Gaza. The Israeli enemy, along with its American and British allies, now realizes that their aggression will not cause Yemen to retreat from its faith-based, humanitarian, and moral position in supporting Palestine.
Al-Houthi emphasized that Yemen’s stance against Israeli and American aggressions is rooted in deep faith and an understanding of the real dangers posed by inaction. He noted that while some nations fail to respond strongly to Israeli provocations, Yemen’s response is based on awareness, insight, and a commitment to the Palestinian cause.
The leader highlighted the devastating toll of the American-British aggression on Yemen, which had been aimed at supporting Israel’s attacks on Gaza. He detailed the extensive airstrikes and naval bombardments on Yemen, noting that 931 raids had resulted in 106 martyrs and 314 wounded. Despite this aggression, Yemen’s resolve remained strong, and the Leader expressed pride in the Yemeni people’s continued support for the Palestinian resistance, despite the suffering they endure due to foreign interventions.
Al-Houthi also praised the role of Yemeni scholars and clerics, who have stood firmly with the people and guided them towards their faith-based and humanitarian positions. He underscored that the Yemeni people’s solidarity with Palestine, both from their leadership and the masses, is unparalleled, marking Yemen as a country that stands as a beacon of strength, resilience, and moral clarity in the face of global injustice.
He also provided a stark update on the ongoing atrocities in Gaza, condemning Israel’s actions, including the recent burning of Kamal Adwan Hospital, which he described as a clear war crime. The Leader expressed deep concern over the worsening conditions of the displaced people in Gaza, exacerbated by the cold weather, poor shelter conditions, and the deliberate targeting of areas vulnerable to flooding. He decried the ongoing forced displacement and Israel’s efforts to desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque, highlighting the dire humanitarian crisis unfolding.
Further criticizing the actions of the Palestinian Authority, al-Houthi expressed regret that the Palestinian security forces had engaged in operations against their own people in the West Bank, while failing to protect them from Israeli attacks. He warned that the Palestinian Authority’s attempts to negotiate peace with Israel were futile and that the Israeli government had no intention of allowing the establishment of a Palestinian state.
because of its support for the Palestinian people and resistance.
He further criticized some regional players who, according to him, have adopted the logic of their enemies, colluding with foreign powers and neglecting their duty to stand with Palestine. The leader stated that the issue of Palestine is not just a political matter but a faith-based responsibility, urging Muslims everywhere to unite and contribute to the cause of justice for Palestine.
Sayyed al-Houthi also highlighted the responsibility of the Iraqi government and people, noting that Iraq still faces the consequences of U.S. aggression on its soil. He called for Iraq to take a strong stance against the American violations of its sovereignty and to uphold the rights of its people, in line with the broader struggle for regional independence and resistance against foreign interference.
Turning to the United Nations, al-Houthi condemned the hypocrisy of Israel and its allies, especially when the U.N. issues condemnations of Israeli aggression. He noted that while the U.N. condemned the atrocities in Gaza, Zionist leaders mocked the condemnation, insulted the U.N. Secretary-General, and even threatened to kill U.N. workers in Gaza. This, according to al-Houthi, underscores the impunity with which Israel operates, disregarding international laws and humanitarian concerns.
In conclusion, the Leader reaffirmed Yemen’s commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause and expressed hope for the continued unity of the Muslim Ummah in the face of Israeli and American aggression. He called on all Muslims to uphold their faith-based duty to stand with Palestine, ensuring that the struggle for justice and freedom will continue until the Palestinian people are liberated.
