Foreign Minister Jamal Amer met today with Dr Ferima Coulibaly-Zerbo, the Acting Resident Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Yemen.
During the meeting, Minister Amer listened to a brief report on the activities of the WHO office in Yemen, particularly in the areas of health, nutrition, and food security.
The Foreign Minister emphasized the importance of continuing work on projects that address critical needs, especially those related to citizen health and disease prevention.
Meanwhile, the Acting Resident Representative of WHO explained that the activities of the organization’s office in Yemen are carried out in accordance with the needs of the community and in coordination with the relevant ministries.
