Sergey Lebedev, coordinator of pro-Russian covert work groups in the Mykolaiv region (southern Ukraine) confirmed that the Russian military targeted a location where Ukrainian armed forces were gathering in the Kiev region.
Sputnik news agency quoted Lebedev as saying: ‘In the Kiev region, several strikes targeted personnel from the Ukrainian armed forces.’
According to Lebedev, Russian forces on Monday bombarded Ukrainian military units that had been withdrawn to the Poltava region after sustaining losses near the Russian Kursk region.
In addition, a successful strike was carried out on a temporary deployment point for drone operators and their equipment, belonging to the Ukrainian armed forces, in Cherkasy.”
