Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah condemned the torture , killing of children , forced displacement and the violation of all international conventions and humanitarian values in Burma .
The foreign minister said in a statement to SABA that the shameful international silence on these crimes encouraged the Burmese government to continue committing crimes due to the inability of the international community .
The Minister called the international community, in particular the Security Council ,particularly its five permanent members, and the Human Rights Council, to assume their responsibility and to intervene immediately to stop these crimes, which have become a stain on humanity .
