President of the Supreme Political Council Saleh Al-Samad, met on Sunday a number of Sufi clerics from various provinces of the Republic.
The meeting discussed the latest developments in the situation in Yemen in light of the aggression and unjust blockade imposed on Yemen by US-UK backed Saudi-led coalition.
The meeting addressed the efforts of religious clerics and their role in clarifying the truth about the crimes and massacres committed by the aggression alliance against the Yemeni people for nearly three years, which aggravates the situation suffering of citizens further.
Al-Samad stressed the need of the religious scholars’ movement in this current period, which we need to diversify rhetoric in accordance with the Qur’anic trend.
He highly appreciated the role of the clerics and religious rhetoric in defending the homeland against the Saudi-American aggression.
