Leader of the Revolution Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi has said on Sunday that the crime against prisoners in Dhamar reflects the US-Saudi aggression coalition’s moral bankruptcy, hate and confusion in its vain battle against the Yemeni people.
In a televised speech aired by Al-Masirah TV Channel on the new Hijri year, Sayyid al-Houthi condemned this heinous and brutal crime.
He noted that the targeting of prisoners in Dhamar’s prison is “additional evidence that the aggression coalition targets all Yemenis, even those loyal to it.”
“The enemy deliberately targeted the prisoners in Dhamar at a time when a large number of them were preparing to go out as part of an exchange deal,” the Sayyid said.
He indicated that “Saudis and Emiratis put traitors (mercenaries loyal to the coalition) at the frontlines during the fighting, and when they retreat they kill them. They us them as a shield and as a commodity.”
The Leader of the Revolution sent an advice to all those who push their sons to fight in the aggression ranks against their own people, warning them to fear Allah and revise their positions.
Sayyid al-Houthi stressed that the enemy’s daily violations and crimes should be a motive for all to take responsibility in order to confront all forms of aggression until victory.
In his speech, the Leader expressed his congratulations to the Yemeni people and the Islamic nation on the occasion of the new Islamic year 1441.
