At least six civilians were killed in airstrikes launched by Saudi-led aggression warplanes on Saada province, north Yemen, the Health Bureau reported on Tuesday.
The death toll of the Saudi-led airstrike attack on Kitaf district rose to five civilians, mostly children and women, the Health Bureau added.
“Civilians, including two children and two women, were killed in an air strike launched by Saudi-ked aggression on a civilian car ,” the Director of Health Bureau in the Kitaf district of Saada province said.
“The bodies were identified: Yahya Ghaleb Ahsan Faris Al-Izzi (45 years old), his son Mohammed (14 years old) and his grandson Yahya Hamza (4 years old) and Samah Mansour Ahmad Ahsan Faris Al-Izzi (25 years old),” the director stated.
“Among the five victims were a pregnant woman,” he confirmed. “The toll of this new crime committed by Saudi-led aggression is expected to increase even more,” he said.
The number of civilian casualties has exceeded 100,000 since the coalition’s war began on March 26, 2015.
