President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, discussed on Sunday with the Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs, Lieutenant-General Jalal Al-Ruwishan, the military and security developments on the national arena.
The meeting touched on the continuous efforts made by the army, popular committees and security agencies to confront Saudi-led coalition aggression and thwart its criminal plans.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat praised the military and security achievements that were made during 2020, and the developed military and security industries, which are proud of all the Yemeni people.
The president stressed the importance of intensifying efforts and developing performance in confronting the criminal and sabotage endeavors of the enemies, noting that the security work is a great responsibility.
The meeting also reviewed the security and military plan for 2021 to confront the aggression coalition forces on Yemen.
