Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uganda Abubaker Jeje Odongo.
In the cable, Sharaf congratulated Odongo on the occasion of his country’s celebrations on the National Day.
