The Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation called on the UN Security Council to take a decision to prevent the countries of the aggression coalition from interfering in its work.
“The UN must criminalize US-Saudi aggression’s airstrikes and siege that pose threats that impede the delivery of its commercial and humanitarian services,” it added.
In a statement issued by the corporation on Friday, on the eighth anniversary of the aggression’s targeting of the port of Hodeidah on August 18, 2015, it indicated that the crime of targeting the port had repercussions for the worst humanitarian crisis in the world.
The Corporation confirmed its transition from the stage of condemnation and denunciation towards crimes of US-Saudi aggression to demanding quick steps to lift all control restrictions and ship inspections in accordance with the Stockholm Agreement.
