Al-Qassam Brigades detonate tunnel opening on Zionist engineering force

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced that their successfully detonated a tunnel opening on a Zionist engineering force, killing and wounding its members, and seizing some of the force’s equipment, in the vicinity of the Saad Sayel barracks, east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

Moreover, Al-Qassam Brigades, in cooperation with the Martyr Jihad Jibril Brigades, bombed the Zionist enemy forces positioned on the “Netzarim” axis with the Rajoom 114mm rocket system.

Earlier on Friday, Al-Qassam fighters targeted a Zionist Merkava tank with an Al-Yassin 105 shell in the Abu Halawa area, east of the city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip.

“Al-Qassam fighters executed a complex and simultaneous military operation near the Al-Dawa Mosque east of Rafah, where they targeted a building where a number of soldiers were fortified with a “TBG” shell, and targeted an infantry carrier under the building with an Al-Yassin 105 shell, and  targeted a group of soldiers next to the carrier with an anti-personnel shell, resulting in all members of the force being either killed or injured,” the group said in a statement .

Furthermore, they ambushed a Zionist force after detonating a pre-prepared minefield inside the Saad Sayel barracks site east of Rafah, resulting in members of the force being either killed and injured.
