Leader of the revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on Sunday confirmed that the martyr leader Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi moved in his wise project through Quranic education and shouting in the face of the arrogant and boycotting American and Israeli goods in the face of the unprecedented American, Israeli and Western attack on the nation.
The leader of the revolution pointed out in his speech on the anniversary of the martyr commander, in the presence of scientific, official and popular, that talking about the martyrdom of the martyr commander is a title for the cause and the oppressed.
Sayyed al-Houthi stressed that what the Past Authority did in 2004 against the martyr of the Koran, the founder of our Quranic March and our great martyr leader, Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, was an unjustified unjust aggression that is not based on any legitimate or legal document.
He explained that the martyr of the Koran did not issue from him or those who started with him in the project any aggression against the authority, nor any action justifying aggression, targeting and seeking to exterminate those who moved within the framework of this project.
“What the martyr leader did was to educate the Qur’an and shout at the arrogant people with the slogan of innocence from America and Israel, and call for a boycott of American and Israeli goods, and the move was represented by these three elements, in contrast to the unprecedented American, Israeli and Western attack on the Islamic nation after the events of the eleventh of September, which Zionism planned to make it a pretext for a comprehensive aggressive campaign aimed at tightening control over our nation, invading its homelands, obliterating its identity and controlling its wealth,” he said.
The leader of the revolution stated that the official regimes did not stand then to confront that attack, but hastened to open the field and submit to America and open all doors to it in all fields so that it could fully control.
Sayyed al-Houthi pointed out that the power in Yemen at that time was one of the accelerants to this under the title of the alliance with America to fight terrorism, and opened all fields for the Americans to interfere in everything, as it opened the way for military bases in the country, interference in educational affairs, the media, religious discourse, mosques, interference in the military side, penetration and control over the military and security institution, economic affairs and in all fields, with the resulting terrible risks enabling the enemy to penetrate everything in the country.
He pointed out that the popular circles in our country were the same as most of the peoples who were influenced by the official position and shackled by it, while the elites and parties for the most part were in a weak position, while acknowledging the bad things that are happening and the official political risks of the authority to open the way for the United States to do what it wants.
Sayyed al-Houthi stressed that this was not a solution for the benefit of our people, nor an option to escape from the American danger and threat, but it was helping the Americans to take full control without any cost or burdens and represents a way to empower the Americans and Israelis.
The leader pointed out that the martyr of the Qur’an was moved by the Quranic project by a sense of religious responsibility and a conscious awareness of the step of what is happening and its bad consequences, and the divine punishment for that, because the nation’s neglect and acceptance of the American to control it and blur its identity and confiscate its freedom and divide it will never save it from evil, and there will be a divine punishment for the neglect, considering that the nation has a religious responsibility to defend itself and its dignity and to face the injustice that targets it.
He pointed out that the martyr leader was aware of the importance of the right move, as it represents the solution for the nation in front of that comprehensive attack that targets it in everything, while surrender, inertia and abdication of responsibility will not push evil away from the nation.
Sayyed al-Houthi pointed out that the practical positions within the framework of the Quranic project were focused on Quranic education and raising the nation’s awareness of its need for Quranic solutions, to immunize it from the great penetration by the American-Israeli Western campaign that targets the nation in all its peoples culturally and intellectually and even aims to change the school curricula through dictating what to delete and what enemies to change the thinking of the nation and influence public opinion, orientations, loyalties and attitudes.
The leader of the revolution explained that Quranic education was a wise act in contrast to that cultural, intellectual, media and propaganda attack, which has a very great danger of affecting the nation at the level of thought, culture, consciousness and loyalties.
He pointed out that the work of the American and the Israeli focuses on corruption and intellectual and cultural misdirection, thought and attitude, as well as on the level of loyalty and orientation, fighting for virtues and great values, and seeking to corrupt societies and ensnare them in vices.
Sayyed al-Houthi stated that the enemies are working according to a destructive project, which is the Zionist project, and not just a limited instantaneous reaction, and this is a very important fact because many of the people of the nation still view what the Americans and Israelis are doing and who is in their orbit as if it were just momentary and instantaneous positions, even though they are working within the dangerous destructive Zionist project.
The leader pointed out that the slogan as a position expresses the state of discontent, which is an important issue when the nation translates its indignation towards the attack of its enemies on it, including criminality and tyranny, and expresses rejection of American and Israeli hegemony in order to fortify its internal situation and protect it from the efforts of enemies to turn it into a nation loyal to them.
He explained that the American is pushing the regimes to silence the mouths and prevent any voice that opposes American and Israeli hegemony.
The leader considered the boycott of American and Israeli goods a useful weapon because the enemies benefit from plundering the wealth of our countries and taking advantage of our large peoples to market their products and use money to fight the nation while using economic sanctions as a weapon against countries..
Sayyed al-Houthi pointed out that the province also represents an important incentive to move towards economic construction, local production and the pursuit of self-sufficiency.
Wise and legitimate steps
The leader of the revolution explained that these three steps taken by the martyr leader are wise and legitimate steps and there is no justification for targeting those who move in them, as they are based on the Holy Quran, and it should have been welcomed in a country whose identity is a faith and its constitution recognizes Islamic law as the primary source of legislation, and the regime is rich in democracy, freedom of speech and freedom of expression.
“But when the American was upset and angry and saw that this wise project, which is taking the right practical steps, purposeful, useful and influential, will bring the nation out of the state of silence, inertia, inaction and surrender to the state of a situation that can grow as much as circumstances and stages require, the United States thought that this project will hinder it in the arena, so it turned, as its habit and its style, to implicate the authority and push it to fight the Quranic project under American supervision, starting with security repression through prisons, arrests, violence and cruel treatment,”he said.
“The arrest campaigns coincided with punitive measures by dismissal from civilian jobs and distorted propaganda campaigns and fighting the Quranic project, and that the wrong path of the authority in fighting the Quranic project coincided with everything that America was doing at the regional level in general, as it turned to occupy Iraq after occupying Afghanistan, while the Israeli enemy was committing the most heinous crimes against the Palestinian people,”he added.
Aggression against the Quranic project
Sayyed al-Houthi stressed that the American pushed the authority in 2004 to the military aggression against the Quranic project, so it rushed with all recklessness, aggression and strange hatred at that time to open an aggressive door starting with the first war, which mainly targeted the martyr of the Quran and the founder of our March and his companions in Marran area of Haydan district in Sa’ada province and neighboring areas, and also targeted killing and destruction of warplanes, helicopters, ground forces from tanks, tracked vehicles, thousands of soldiers and the army of mercenaries, and targeted by mass destruction and crazy bombing day and night, as well as by siege, starvation and preventing the entry of food and medicine.
The leader pointed out that the Quran martyr had no army, no organized or trained military formation, and the people moved with him to defend themselves in the face of this unjustified aggression.. He pointed out that the battle lasted for about three months in Marran, an area of five kilometers, until the authority announced the killing of the Quran martyr and those who stood up to its aggression from the people, and the arrest and wounding of others.
The failure of the authority to eliminate the Quranic project

Sayyed al-Houthi pointed out that the Saudi regime was involved in the sixth war of aggression with the authority at the American push, but failed with it. He stressed that the Saudi did not take the lesson from the sixth war to pay attention in the future, so that the changes in the country will bring the blessing of that steadfastness and those sacrifices.
He pointed out that the circle of popular consciousness has expanded, so it was the revolution of the twenty-first of September and the subsequent flight of the Americans from Sana’a. He pointed out that the American and the Israeli understand the importance of the Quranic project and its great impact even in providing a useful model for the rest of the nation and its contribution regarding the reality of the nation in general.
Sayyed al-Houthi stated that the Quranic draft is not framed at the level of the country, and the Zionist positions were evident in the large scale of concern expressed by the criminal Netanyahu and others. He pointed out that the Saudi and those with him the coalition were pushed to engage in a comprehensive aggression against our country under direct American supervision.

The Zionist project aims to destroy the nation
The leader of the revolution explained that the Zionist project is presented as a religious project, and therefore those who embark on it with great enthusiasm and impulse and have specific goals that are destructive to our nation, while the Zionist project means the occupation of our homelands, starting with Palestine, destroying our nation, controlling and dispersing it and eliminating its civilized and independent existence.
He pointed out that the means of the Zionist project and their methods are all aggressive at all levels, from fragmenting the fragmented, scattering the scattered and plunging our nation into crises, wars and strife.
