The Zionist enemy forces continued, during the past 24 hours, to blow up Lebanese homes in the southern regions; especially Aita al-Shaab and Kfar Shuba, coinciding with the continuation of ground incursions.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that a Zionist force penetrated, for the first time, into the vicinity of al-Baraka in the center of Bint Jbeil city.
The official agency explained, “Elements of the enemy force stormed the Ahl al-Bayt complex, before (the occupation forces) retreated to the town of Yaroun, and at the same time, another force proceeded to cut off the road between the towns of Aitaroun and Ainata with earthen barriers.”
The enemy forces blew up several homes and infrastructure in the town of Aita al-Shaab, Bint Jbeil district, and the sound of explosions was heard in the villages of the district.
The Zionist enemy artillery, from the “occupied hills” position, shelled the northern outskirts of the town of Kafr Shuba, intermittently, coinciding with combing operations with heavy machine guns that targeted the town’s neighborhoods.
A Zionist force penetrated from the town of Yaroun towards the town of Maroun al-Ras, coinciding with the Zionist bulldozers continuing their bulldozing operations in the Yaroun Forest for the fourth consecutive day.
Artillery shelling and combing operations with weapons also targeted the Burj Matlin area on the northern outskirts of Kafr Shuba.
