An Israeli settler was seriously injured on Sunday due to a missile launched from Yemen, as sirens rang across occupied Palestine.
The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that “a settler was seriously injured after falling into a hole while running to shelters following the missile launch from Yemen.”
Hebrew media outlets reported on Sunday that sirens were heard in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem as a result of a missile from Yemen.
The Israeli Home Front Command said that “sirens are sounding in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and cities and sites in central Israel.”
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army said that “sirens were activated in areas of “Israel” after a missile was launched from Yemen.”
According to Channel 12, two missiles were launched from Yemen towards “Israel”.
The Israeli occupation military claimed that they intercepted one missile before it breached occupied Palestine airspace.
On his part, Yemeni’s military spokesperson, Yahya Sare’e, announced that in support of the oppressed Palestinian people, the Yemeni forces targeted Ben Gurion Airport with a ballistic missile.
Sare’e added, “Our operations against the “Israeli” enemy will continue until the aggression on Gaza ceases and the siege is lifted.”
