Hezbollah condemned, on Thursday, the escalating US-Israeli brutal aggression against Syria, Yemen, Gaza, and Lebanon
Hezbollah issued the following statement:
“Hezbollah condemns the escalating, barbaric American-Israeli aggression against Syria, Yemen, Gaza, and Lebanon, which constitutes an extension of the open war waged by the American-Zionist axis of evil against the peoples of the region.
This aggression destabilizes their countries, violates their sovereignty, and drains their resources and sources of strength in an attempt to subjugate them to its hegemony and serve the interests of the Zionist entity, allowing it to dominate the region.
In light of this dangerous escalation, Hezbollah affirms the following:
• The repeated airstrikes and continuous incursions into Syrian territory aim to weaken the Syrian state and prevent its recovery, constituting a blatant violation of its sovereignty.
• The heroic resistance of Syria’s honorable people against Zionist incursions—which has resulted in martyrs and wounded—is proof that the Syrian people’s choice has always been and remains one of confrontation and resistance against the occupier, with the spirit of resistance deeply rooted in their hearts.
• The ongoing brutal American aggression against Yemen and the massacres committed against its people represent a desperate attempt to deter the steadfast and proud Yemeni nation from continuing its support for Gaza and the Palestinian resistance and to pressure it into halting its heroic operations.
• As in Syria and Yemen, the escalating Israeli aggression against Palestine and Gaza, the ongoing genocide, and displacement projects—occurring before the eyes of a complicit international community—demonstrate the enemy’s inability to break the will of the resistance or undermine the spirit of steadfastness and defiance among the Palestinian people.
• Within this context, Israel’s repeated aggressions against Lebanon and the continuous American pressures—providing cover for these crimes and conveyed through envoys carrying Israeli conditions—are also part of this broader scheme.
• This dangerous escalation places all the region’s nations and peoples before historic responsibilities, compelling them to unite against these perilous schemes that threaten everyone.
• The equation today is clear: either confrontation or surrender to the enemy’s schemes, which aim only to subjugate, humiliate, and dominate the region and its people.
We in Hezbollah condemn these crimes and reaffirm our full solidarity with our brothers in Syria, Yemen, and Palestine and their noble peoples. We call upon all free people of the world to raise their voices against this unjust aggression and to pressure the international community to put an end to these repeated attacks. The blatant American complicity threatens regional peace and stability and paves the way for further escalation and aggressive wars in the region, all while the international community remains suspiciously silent.”
