US Media Mocks Trump’s Failed Strikes in Yemen

CNN reported on Sunday that Yemen continues to launch missiles toward Israel and target US Navy vessels in the Red Sea with drones and rockets in support of Palestine.

The network mocked the failure of US airstrikes ordered by Donald Trump to stop Yemeni military operations against Israel, stating that despite the American air campaign, Yemen’s top military and political leaders remain alive, as do their missile launch sites.

CNN also quoted US officials confirming that Yemen shot down an American MQ-9 Reaper drone on Friday—the sixth since March 3. Each drone costs approximately $30 million, and the US only has around 200 of them in its arsenal.

In response to continued Israeli aggression against Gaza and ongoing US-UK aggression against Yemen, the Yemeni Armed Forces have launched a series of attacks targeting Israeli, American, and British interests in the Red Sea and surrounding areas.

As the genocidal war against Gaza intensified, the Yemenis implemented a strategic blockade of key maritime routes, aiming to disrupt the flow of military supplies to their adversaries and exert pressure on the international community to address the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

The Yemeni Armed Forces have said they will not stop their attacks until Israel’s ground and aerial offensives in Gaza end.
