Yemen Announces Martyrdom of Armed Forces Chief of Staff al-Ghamari

Yemen’s Armed Forces have announced the martyrdom of a senior military commander in a US-Israeli strikes, while releasing a comprehensive summary of their military operations conducted over two years in support of the Palestinian cause.

The Yemeni Armed Forces said: “the Jihadist Commander, Major General Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari, along with some of his companions and his son, the martyr Hussein, were killed in raids carried out by the “criminal American-Zionist aggression” on the country during the two years of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle.

In a statement issued Thursday, the Armed Forces pointed out that a large number of great martyrs, both civilians and military personnel from the naval, land, and missile forces, including the Prime Minister and his fellow ministers, and other Yemeni people, have ascended during this aggression and throughout two years of support, within the framework of the battle of the “Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad.”

The Armed Forces revealed that the total operations they carried out amounted to 758 operations, using 1,835 ballistic, winged, and hypersonic missiles, drones, and naval vessels, as part of the “Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad” battle, in support of the Palestinian people and backing the steadfast mujahideen in the Gaza Strip, and in defense of the nation’s sanctities.

They clarified that during the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle, over the course of two years, a large number of martyrs ascended, including civilians and military personnel from the naval, land, and missile forces, the Prime Minister and his fellow ministers, and from various sons of the Yemeni people.

According to the statement, the Yemeni Armed Forces, represented by the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff Headquarters, and all various military formations—land, naval, and air—were at the forefront of this people and the spearhead in support operations and direct battles with the “criminal Zionist enemy.”

The total operations executed by the Yemeni Armed Forces, by God’s grace and assistance, reached 758 operations, carried out with 1,835 ballistic, winged, hypersonic missiles, drones, and naval vessels.

Similarly, the naval forces carried out their operations against Israeli ships and those violating the Yemeni ban on Israeli navigation, with 346 operations in the operational theater extending from the Red Sea, Bab el-Mandeb, the Gulf of Aden, the Arabian Sea, to the Indian Ocean, during which more than 228 ships were targeted.

The air defenses, by God’s grace and assistance during the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle, managed to shoot down 22 US MQ-9 reconnaissance drones and launched 40 interception operations against enemy aircraft of various formations, up to strategic bombers, with more than 57 missiles, and thwarted a number of aggressive operations, forcing many enemy war formations to depart.
