Four Lebanese, including two paramedics, killed in Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon

Four Lebanese citizens, including two paramedics, were killed in Israeli airstrikes targeting a health center near Bint Jbeil Hospital and the town of Aabba in southern Lebanon.

Lebanon’s National News Agency reported on Sunday that two paramedics from the Islamic Health Authority were killed when a strike hit one of its health points near Bint Jbeil Hospital.

In a separate strike on Aabba, two civilians were killed after an Israeli air raid hit a house and destroyed it completely.

Rescue teams from the Islamic Risala Scout Association recovered the bodies and transferred them to Sheikh Ragheb Harb Hospital.

The agency added that an overnight strike on Nabatieh caused extensive damage to the “Madinaty” commercial center, which houses dozens of shops, offices, and clinics.

Israeli airstrikes have intensified across southern Lebanon, targeting towns and cities amid a broader regional escalation.
