Journalists Ali Shuaib of Al-Manar and Fatima Futuni of Al-Mayadeen were killed on Saturday when an Israeli airstrike targeted their vehicle in southern Lebanon.
Two others also died in the attack on the Jezzine road.
Al-Manar noted that Shuaib had covered major events since before 2000, including conflicts in Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq, and was known for his professional and credible reporting.
