Tribes from Maifaa Anas District in Dhamar Governorate held an armed tribal gathering on Monday in response to the call of the Revolution Leader, announcing general mobilization , full readiness to end the aggression, occupation, and blockade.
During the meeting, Adviser to the Supreme Political Council Mohammed al-Maqdashi conveyed the greetings of the revolutionary and political leadership to the Anas tribes and participants, praising their strong and sincere positions in support of the leadership and the causes of the nation and the wider Ummah.
He stressed the resilience of the Yemeni people in confronting aggression , forces of arrogance, and in supporting the Ummah, affirming that Yemen’s tribes will remain the solid rock against which enemy plots will break.
Al-Maqdashi reaffirmed the steadfastness of the Anas tribes and their continuation along the path of their ancestors in sacrifice, loyalty, devotion to religion, homeland, and nation. He urged strengthening unity, raising readiness, and preparing for any decisions issued by the leadership to end the aggression, occupation, and blockade.
For his part, Dhamar’s General Mobilization Official Ahmed Al-Dawran praised the large turnout of Maifaa Anas tribes and their honorable positions in support of Islam and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). He noted that their armed participation reflects endorsement of the leadership’s decision to end the aggression , blockade and confirms their continued readiness for any developments, stressing that such positions are not unusual for the Anas tribes.
Al-Dawran called for continued mobilization activities , military training, for strengthening internal unity and cohesion.
A statement issued by the gathering—attended by Head of the Committee for Prison Affairs Ali Qarsha, District Director Abdullah Al-Jarashi, local , executive officials, tribal sheikhs , dignitaries, and read by Sheikh Ali Al-Mankari—declared full and unconditional support for the content of the Leader’s statement on the occasion of the Prophet’s Hijra anniversary 1448 AH, his call to end the aggression and blockade, granting full authorization to take appropriate measures.
The statement emphasized that the Yemeni people, with their firm faith, strong will, and high awareness, are capable of thwarting all criminal schemes targeting the homeland. It called on all Yemeni tribes in the north and south to unify ranks and consolidate their stance to liberate all Yemeni territories, restore rights, and reclaim looted resources.
It further urged continued mobilization, training participation, and unity, affirming that the Anas tribes will remain present in fields of honor and dignity, steadfast until full freedom and independence are achieved.
The statement also reiterated high official and popular readiness to confront any escalation by the “US – Israeli enemy” against Gaza or any front of the resistance axis, stressing commitment to the principle of “unity of arenas” and the slogan “Far be it from us to be humiliated,” as a generational path embraced by free people.
