Secretary General of the Lebanese movement Hezbollah, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, has on Friday said that the defeat of Saudi Arabia and its allies in Yemen was the reason why the Saudi kingdom has held summits in Mecca.
In his speech on the occasion of celebrating the International Quds Day, Sayyid Nasrallah noted that all these summits will however not protect the Saudi regime from the Yemeni army and Popular Committees.
Nasrallah confirmed that the defeat of Saudi Arabia in Yemen has made it back down from its original plans of launching a war against Iran.
Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah mocked the Saudi kingdom, questioning how Riyadh could ever hope to defeat Iran now that they are losing against Yemen.
