Army spokesman Qasef 2k Targted Khamis Mushait

Yemeni Air Force targeted on Wednesday night King Khalid Air Base in the Saudi city of Khamis Mushait, some 884 kilometers south of the Saudi capital Riyadh, in retaliation for the Saudi regime’s ongoing military aggression and blockade against the country.

The Armed Forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said in a tweet that the retaliatory attack was carried out by a domestically-developed Qasef-2K combat drone.

“The strike was accurate and the attack came in the legitimate and natural response to the continuing aggression and brutal siege on our country,” Sare’e added.

Yemen’s Air Force has stepped up the retaliatory attacks on Saudi Arabia in recent months, saying the strikes will continue as long as Riyadh carries on with its airstrikes and blockade.
