Saudi-led aggression forces violate UN truce 143 times in just 24 hours

The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries committed 143 violations of the UN-brokered humanitarian and military truce during the past 24 hours, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported, citing a military source on Friday.

According to the source, the coalition’s violations included 32 flight operations with spy drones and warplanes over the governorates of Marib, Taiz, Jawf, Saada, Hodeidah, Dhalea, Bayda and the border fronts.

He confirmed that the coalition’s mercenaries developed new military fortifications in Hodeidah. They also carried out three air raids on civilians’ houses in Marib.

The source indicated that 28 violations were monitored as the coalition-backed mercenaries fired artillery shells on the sites of the Yemeni Army and the Popular Committees, in Marib, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeidah and border fronts.

He stated that the coalition’s mercenaries committed 74 breaches by firing on the homes of citizens and the sites of the army and the popular committees in the governorates of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, Hodeidah, Bayda and the border front.
