Unidentified gunmen assassinated a tribal sheikh in the Al-Waht area of Lahj Governorate, which is under the control of the Aggression Coalition and its mercenaries.
Local sources stated that unidentified gunmen shot Sheikh Adel Obaid Al-Azibi, who is the brother of Sheikh Ali Obaid Al-Azibi, one of the most prominent sheikhs of the Sabr Lahj area who opposes the so-called UAE-backed “Transitional Council”.
The sources pointed out that citizens tried to provide first aid to al-Azibi, but he died on the spot.
The sources confirmed that the killer was Abdul Hadi Faraj, one of the leaders in the so-called “Transitional Council” formed by the UAE.
