An American-British company announced that its ships will stay away from the Red Sea until early 2025.
The American-British company Carnival Corporation said that its ships will most likely not sail through the Red Sea region for the rest of this year and early next year, due to the continuation of hostilities.
Reuters quoted the company’s chief financial officer, David Bernstein, as saying, “We decided that it was time to acknowledge the fact that we will likely not sail from there, perhaps for the rest of this year and perhaps for early 2025 as well.”
