The Israeli occupation military announced on Monday the death of one of soldier during intense clashes with Palestinian resistance forces in the Gaza Strip.
The occupation military also reported that 26 soldiers were injured in the past 24 hours—11 on the Gaza front and 15 on the Lebanon front.
According to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, the military’s data shows that 5,087 soldiers have been wounded since the start of the aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023, of them 758 are in critical condition.
According to data from the Rehabilitation Department of Israel’s Ministry of Defense, the total number of injured security personnel—comprising police officers, Shin Bet agents, and reserve soldiers—has exceeded 10,000, with projections indicating that the figure could rise to 14,000 by the end of the year.
