PM briefed on gov’t performance

Supreme Political Council member Mohammed al-Naimi met on Tuesday with Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi to receive an update on the general performance of the Government of Change and Construction.

During the meeting, Prime Minister al-Rahawi outlined the government’s ongoing efforts, highlighting its focus on streamlining procedures to expedite citizen transactions and completing integration tasks across relevant government entities.

He emphasized that the government is fully mobilizing its resources to ease the burden on citizens, particularly given the current challenging circumstances, while also prioritizing humanitarian issues and enhancing security and stability in both the capital and other provinces.

The Prime Minister expressed gratitude for the support provided by Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, and the Council’s members, which has enabled the government to better fulfill its responsibilities.

Al-Naimi praised the government’s accomplishments over the past three months, noting that its success in achieving institutional goals is a top priority for the Supreme Political Council, which consistently monitors and evaluates the government’s performance.
