Two Killed In Israeli Shelling On Southern Lebanon

Two Lebanese citizens were martyred and two Syrian workers were injured in Israeli shelling of Zibqin town in southern Lebanon on Sunday.

The national Lebanese news agency said that an Israeli raid targeted a dredger and a vehicle in the town in a new violation of the ceasefire reached between “Israel” and Hezbollah on November 27 last year.

It explained that an Israeli drone shelled the dredger and the vehicle in the Tire province while the Israeli army claimed that it targeted two members of Hezbollah in the attack while trying to reestablish infrastructure in the Zibqin village.

The Israeli occupation army has committed 1,384 violations of the ceasefire agreement until yesterday, Saturday, that killed 117 Lebanese citizens and wounded 366 others.
