Yemeni Civilian Dies, Six Hurt in Saudi Torture

The Saudi enemy army has reportedly committed a heinous crime, torturing seven individuals from the Dhahir and Haydan districts of Saada governorate, leading to the death of one, after their arrest in the Jizan region.

Local sources in the Dhahir district revealed that one citizen was martyred and six others sustained severe injuries after being subjected to direct burning, brutal flogging, and other humiliating and inhumane treatment at the hands of Saudi soldiers.

Relatives and families of the victims condemned the incident, describing it as further proof of the aggressive nature of the Saudi army and its barbaric treatment of the Yemeni people. They highlighted that this act is one of thousands of crimes and violations committed against residents of border areas.

The human rights sector in Saada had previously condemned this brutal crime by the Saudi army, deeming it a flagrant violation of human rights. The Saudi regime has been held criminally, legally, and humanitarianly responsible for this crime, as well as all its previous offenses against Yemenis.
