Yemen Scholars Association said preparing the nation for jihad in the cause of Allah would deter conspiracies by the Israeli enemy and its American sponsor against the Arab and Muslim nations.
In a statement issued Saturday evening, the association affirmed that the Israeli enemy is continuing to commit massacres in Palestine and Lebanon, saying its actions demonstrated the need for the Muslim nation to confront Israeli aggression.
The association said the continued destruction of residential buildings and neighborhoods could only be confronted through jihadist action and adherence to Quranic teachings.
It stressed that preparing the nation and its youth for jihad was essential to confronting and defeating the occupying entity.
The statement also praised the sacrifices and preparedness of Hezbollah fighters, calling for support and solidarity from the Lebanese people and Muslim nations.
The association concluded by urging religious scholars, preachers, academics and guidance figures to assume responsibility for directing public anger and hostility toward the Israeli enemy and its American partner.
