The Acting Prime Minister, Mohamed Meftah, inaugurated on Sunday the Investor Services Center, known as the “single window” center, a strategic initiative designed to enable investors to complete all administrative transactions through a unified service point.
During the inauguration, Meftah emphasized the necessity of accompanying this step with daily performance evaluations to ensure operational efficiency. He stressed the importance of addressing any emerging challenges in real-time and implementing immediate solutions to potential technical or administrative hurdles.
For his part, the Acting Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Sam Al-Bashiri, noted that the launch of the single window center is a key component of institutional and procedural reforms. He highlighted that the center aims to simplify procedures and eliminate bureaucratic complexities, foster a competitive investment climate in line with the government plan, and implement the ministry’s program to revitalize the national economy.
Al-Bashiri reaffirmed the commitment of the ministry and the General Investment Authority to provide a pro-business environment, pledging to remove obstacles and work in close partnership with the private sector to ensure an effective and stable investment environment.
