The European Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management, Haja Habib, stated on Tuesday that sexual violence perpetrated by settlers in the West Bank is a major factor driving the displacement of Palestinians from their homes.
In a post on the X platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), she noted that more than 70% of displaced Palestinian families reported that threats against women and children were a decisive factor in their decision to leave.
