The Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development announced on Thursday to all employees of the administrative units of the state and the public and mixed sectors that the Eid al-Adha holiday will begin next Tuesday, the 9th of Thu al-Hijjah 1447 AH, corresponding to May 26, 2026.
The Ministry explained in the circular issued by it that the Eid al-Adha holiday ends on Thursday, 18th of Thu al-Hijjah 1447 AH, corresponding to June 4, 2026, while official working hours will resume in all units on Saturday, 20th of Thu al-Hijjah, corresponding to June 6, based on Law No. (2) of 2000, Article No. (3), Paragraph (2) regarding official holidays and vacations and the directives issued in this regard.
